To skill, create awareness, build capacity to all vulnerable communities in Uganda on socio-economic, health, water and sanitation challenges through implementing projects and programs that improve livelihood and contribute to the development process of the country.
On 13th October 2021, we obtained our Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) certificate and changed our name to become One By One Initiative for Vulnerable Communities in Uganda (OBOIVU). In 2022, we officially registered with the Government of the Republic of Uganda through the Ministry of internal Affairs through NGO Bureau to become a Non-Profit National NGO.
Since 06th February 2008, we have been operating as a Community Based Organization (CBO) in the name of Christian Youth Missionary Group Kinawataka (CYMGK) for “A skilled, informed, transformed and healthy community resilient towards climate change”.
